I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that contacted me to let me know about what happened yesterday on StarDoll. It’s amazing that someone would steal my work and enter it as their own. It’s also unreal that this company/website would believe a 12 year old girl (I don’t believe she is really 12) did all of this…
(picture below is taken from the store where they were selling my designs- with my original sketches in the background!!)
I know that these things are bound to happen, I’m just glad it was resolved so quickly!!
I would’ve liked to respond to each and every email indiviually- but I have started to receive an overwhelming amount. I hope you will understand!
Once again, thanks to all my fans for looking out for me and bringing it to my attention!! It’s great to know people care :).

I like you, I think it is a girl of 12 years, I think is 28 and his name ZIVYLE Stardoll is that it devotes to copy designs and sell in Stardoll, all their designs are copied and it is also Lithuanian , puts on his wrist Spanish flag, but in his presentation said it was Lithuanian
She’s layers do anything for money, that we have seen on more than 1 Stardoll
This is only a hypothesis mine, but I think that is very far from reality

I own a blog about stardoll, and yesterday I asked her to do an interview, she said yes. It means that she a HUGE liar, that she would lie to the whole stardoll world, just to have 15 minutes of fame. I think it’s really ugly what she has done, and she still pretending that Stardoll has take off the designs,and she don’t know why…
You could let your draws stay @ stardoll, they were really pretty & most of the people bought the clothes… :]

Yes, it was kind of a bit hard to believe that a 12 year old girl drew all those wonderful designs. I only just heard about you after this whole stardoll episode. And WOW! You are so talented and your drawings are amazing! Like qwenduy said, I hope the clothes come back to stardoll with YOUR name on them!

I am user of stardoll and I’ll tell you one thing: their designs and costumes are wonderful! You win 10X0 against any designer who is part of stardol. His creations were the most beautiful and never had stardoll clothes so beautiful.
I do not know what their plans or plans of stardoll, but I hope they hire to do this because all users of stardoll very happy!

Stardoll messed up. Someone at Stardoll wanted to be scammed by this girl. It is unbelievable that such sophisticated drawings were executed by a twelve-year-old. The designs were too good as well. I know better than to believe things that look too good to be true. You do too. This person at Stardoll was hoping not to get caught.
Stardoll has millions in venture capital funding. You can find out more on the internet. Suffice to say, they have deep pockets.
This disrespect should not go unpunished. Your designs are your intellectual property. I hope they have offered you a reasonable settlement, otherwise, you should seek legal representation.

I think it is really awful what Migliukee has done to you. She is a dirty liar and people like that aren’t worth it. You are incredibly talented and I loved all your clothes, so when I went into the Starplaza (thats stardoll’s clothes mall) I was SOOO confused. Where had all the lush designs gone?? So I went onto a blog and found out about this story and well, I was very mad. I think you should talk to the people who run Stardoll and maybe design some clothes for them. That way all your fans will me happy and it will really show up Migliukee if you come on with your designs.
Please think about designing some for stardoll.

Hey, great designs.
I wonder if you have ever concidered that all this was a PR trick that Stardoll made for popularity.
The staff of the website should have checked the designs, because you can sue them for taking abusing your copyrights. And that leads me to the thought of Stardoll doing this all on purpose. You posted info here so even more people learned about the website that stole your designs and… I mean, it’s a huge scandal for a site that is actually full of little naive children.

Migliukee has done a very bad deed. To take your own artwork? That is pure jealousy and she should be punished for stealing your beautiful masterpieces. To believe a twelve~year~old girl could draw like this! If these designs were made by her,she would of had early art lessons at a very early age,an age none of us could even hold a pencil in our hand! yea!i think that stardoll should contact you personally saying theyre sorry bout this and completely block migliukee from stardoll, she doesnt deserve anything after copying ur work and blaitenly passing them as her own, its childish and stardoll should have checked first.. to prevent this happening you should copyright ur work at all times because i mean with such nice drawing anyone would wish thye were theirs and so copy? if u put the mark somewhere ehere noone can cut it out of the pic then ur designs are safely urs and whoever tries to copy, everyone will see that it is made by you! :) satardoll should really do more things to check and i dont get how they could believe that a 12 year old could design fashionable clothes? its just not right.
once again so sorry that a childish kid like migliukee has done this to you and i hope it never happens again :)

I love all of your designs, they are just awesome! i was wondering if you could become a stardoll member and let stardoll use your designs? i mean, they would of course mention it was all your work and you would become even more famous than you are now! please don’t take offence if I said anything wrong, it’s just that your designs are so amazing, and if i can;t possibly get them in real life, since i am only 12, i would have at least liked to get them on a virtual site! so can you please let stardoll use them? please! in the store it said migliukee but on the tags of the clothing it says migliuka which as sorta confused me maybe people should look into that and find out why stardoll is playing such games and being so irresponsible.

Your designs are amazing.
I think that you should make some sort of deal with Stardoll.
Like, they can use your clothes on there, but they call the store “Paper Fashion” or “Katie Rogers.” That way your blog will get more readers. It would be like advertising.
I am a Stardoll user and didn’t really get a chance to buy the clothes.
